In her current role, she is responsible for the Digital Business technology transformation across the Group.
Norma has an MBA from Imperial College, London.

As our Director of Technology and Innovation Julie’s role is to drive innovation across the placemaking activities of the organisation, identifying new technology and new business models that will create a step change in the property industry and across the entire value chain.
Julie is a member of the Smart London Board and is Chair of the Managing Board of UKCRIC, the UK’s leading urban infrastructure research community.

Director, Policy, Research and Public Affairs
Before joining the Places for People Group Roger held a range of senior posts in Whitehall. He led the homelessness and housing support team in the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and before that he led the MHCLG local economic growth and regeneration team. Roger spent the bulk of his civil service career in the Cabinet Office where he focused on public service delivery and reform.

Hugh is an experienced property management professional with significant experience in the property sector.
As Managing Director of Residential Management Group (RMG), Hugh has responsibility for private sector residential property management services to over 85,000 homes nationally, working with many of the UK’s largest property developers and freeholders.
Corné Koppelaar is a highly experienced international housing consultant who operates worldwide.
After a long and successful career, as financial manager for housing associations in Amsterdam he started an international consultancy company in residential real estate (2005). Since 2016 Corné operates as the International Director of the Places for People Group.
